Taza Privacy Policy

Taza World LLC (“Taza,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of all individuals and organisations that use our Platform and Services, including Enterprise Customers, Solution Providers, Partners, Sponsors, Innovation Cohort Participants, Community Members, and purchasers of Intelligence Deliverables such as Fetch and Match reports (collectively, “Users”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information provided to us through the Taza Platform and related services.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all Users of the Taza Platform and Services, including the Scout intelligence suite (Fetch goal-mapping reports and Echo reputation monitoring), Match provider-matching reports, the Solution Directory, Marketplace, Deploy implementation tools, and related services. By using the Platform or purchasing any Intelligence Deliverable, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Taza does not collect or process consumer personal data (such as names, addresses, or financial account details of individual consumers). Instead, we process the following types of information:
- Business Information: Company name, contact details, organisational role, and related professional information provided at registration or when purchasing Intelligence Deliverables.
- Order Information: Details of Intelligence Deliverables purchased (e.g., Fetch or Match reports), including the target organisation, purchase date, and payment reference. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; Taza does not store credit card or bank account details.
- Content Submissions: Materials uploaded to the Platform (e.g., solution listings, resources, case studies, white papers, events, or cohort contributions).
- Report Inputs: Organisation names and parameters provided when ordering Fetch, Echo, or Match reports. These inputs direct our AI analysis of publicly available information only.
- Usage Data: Information about how Users interact with the Platform, including search queries, navigation patterns, and engagement metrics.
- Technical Data: Device and browser type, IP address, and similar technical information collected automatically for security and performance.
3. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Taza Platform and Services.
- To produce and deliver Intelligence Deliverables (Fetch, Echo, and Match reports), including AI-powered analysis of publicly available sources such as annual reports, sustainability reports, articles, blogs, career sites, and press releases.
- To generate AI-powered recommendations and insights, including training our proprietary Vertical AI models. When data is used for model training, the source (e.g., a Provider or Cohort Participant) will be cited where relevant.
- To provide support, respond to enquiries, and manage User accounts.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions and one-time purchases.
- To conduct aggregated analytics and reporting that do not identify any individual User.
4. How We Share Information
Taza does not sell personal data. Information may be shared in the following ways:
- With Other Users: Depending on User role and settings, certain Content (e.g., a Provider’s resources) may be visible to other Users. Intelligence Deliverables (Fetch, Echo, and Match reports) are delivered exclusively to the purchasing User and are not shared with other Users or the target organisation.
- With Service Providers: Third-party vendors (such as cloud hosting, payment processors including Stripe, and analytics providers) that help us operate the Platform.
- For Legal and Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- In Corporate Transactions: If Taza undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Intelligence Deliverables and Public Data
Fetch, Echo, and Match reports are produced by analysing publicly available information. Taza does not access private, confidential, or non-public data belonging to the organisations profiled in these reports. All findings are cited to their original public source. The reports are informational tools and do not constitute legal, compliance, financial, or investment advice.
6. Data Rights and Choices
- Users may update or delete their Content at any time through the Platform.
- Users may request deletion of their account by contacting us at team@tazaai.com.
- Purchasers of Intelligence Deliverables may request deletion of their order and contact information by contacting us at team@tazaai.com.
- Because Taza does not process consumer PII, GDPR/CCPA requests generally do not apply, but Taza will respect applicable data subject rights to the extent required by law.
7. Data Retention
We retain User information for as long as the account is active, or as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Intelligence Deliverables and associated order records are retained for the duration of the User’s relationship with Taza and for a reasonable period thereafter to support platform credit redemption and audit requirements. Upon termination, certain information may remain in archived backups for a limited period.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical, organisational, and administrative measures to protect information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and Users provide information at their own risk.
9. International Use
The Platform is hosted in the United States and Europe. By using the Platform or purchasing Intelligence Deliverables, Users acknowledge that their information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top indicates when the latest version was published. Continued use of the Platform or Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
